Piny Luo Cultural Festival 2024
The Piny Luo Cultural Festival in Siaya County was truly one of a kind. This three day cultural event brought together all sub-clans of the Luo community from across East and Central Africa. The festival was graced by H.E president WilliamsRuto , H.E President Yoweri Museveni , the Rt. Honorable RailaOdinga , alongside Luo Nyanza Governors.
